How can I update my business information?
Business information is available in the Merchant Dashboard for all Loyalti merchants. Here's how to update your business information:
Tip: To use the functions of the Merchant Dashboard described below, you must use a laptop or desktop computer, such as an Apple Mac or a Windows machine with a standard web browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
- Go to the Loyalti Merchant Dashboard. Log in with your credentials (provided to you in email from our Customer Success team).
- Click on Settings in the left navigation panel. The right side of the page will update to show several tabs. Click on the Business Information tab.
- From this tab, you are able to update your business contact information, as well as information related to your billing and store details.
- Save your changes and confirm before you leave the page.
- Please note that you may need to refresh the browser page to see your updates and your rewards changes reflected on the page.
