Can I Block a Customer?

Within the Loyalti dashboard, under Customers is where you can block and unblock a customer. Find their name, check the box and choose the action you want to take. Confirm and you're set!

To block a specific customer from the Loyalti dashboard, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Loyalti App

2. Scroll to Customers on the navigation bar

3. Type the customer's name in the search bar

4. Check the box to the left of the intended customer

5. Choose from the options: Block, Unblock or Remove Customer

6. Confirm you'd like to make this action
