Can I manually add loyalty points to a customer?

If you're looking for an option to manually add loyalty points to a customer's account, we make that possible through the Customers section in the Loyalti dashboard.

To make an edit to a customer's current loyalty points total, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Customers and All Customers within the dashboard.

2. Search and locate the customer you need to edit.

3. Update the points as desired.

4. Save.
