How can I adjust customer points from the kiosk?

The kiosk has an added app for cashiers to easily adjust loyalty points for a shopper in real-time right there on the counter. Here's how to do it:

1. Open the Cashier Dashboard on the iPad. 

2. Click "Customers" and enter the name or phone number you are searching for. 

3. Select the box of current points and make the necessary changes. 
You can also adjust points by using the + and -.

Tip: To adjust points for many customers or to modify what points your customers are collecting, instead of using the limited functions of the Cashier Dashboard on the kiosk, log into the full-featured Retailer Dashboard on your laptop or computer.
