How can I edit customer information?
Customer information is available in the Retailer Dashboard for all Loyalti merchants. Here's how to access this feature.
- Go to the Retailer Dashboard. Log in with your credentials (provided to you in email from our Customer Success team).
- Click on Customers in the left navigation panel. The right side of the page will update to show your Customer list.
- You may scroll the list or search for a specific customer name.
- Once you find the specified customer, you can view their data and edit their information by clicking on the customer's phone number and then "Edit" that customer.
- Save your changes and confirm before you leave the page.
- Please note that you may need to refresh the browser page to see your updates and your rewards changes reflected on the page.
Tip: You must click "save" and then "confirm" to complete the editing process.
