      How can I update my reward settings?

      Reward Settings are available in the Merchant Dashboard for all Loyalti merchants. Here's how to access this feature.

      1. Go to the Merchant Dashboard. Log in with your credentials (provided to you in email from our Customer Success team).
      2. Click on Rewards in the left navigation panel. The right side of the page will update to show your Rewards options. Here, you can view and edit your reward settings.
      3. Save your changes before you leave the page. 
      4. Please note that you may need to refresh the browser page to see your updates and your rewards changes reflected on the page.

      Tip: To change the type of loyalty points you are awarding (from points per visit to points per purchase, for example), contact the Customer Success team.
