How do I approve SMS credit charges?

If you need more monthly SMS credits, you can buy them within the Loyalti Billing section on the dashboard. Set the limit you want and you'll be redirected to your Shopify account to approve the charge!

To add more SMS credits, follow these steps within the Loyalti dashboard: 

1. Click on your name in the top right

2. Click on Billing

3. Find Additional SMS credits

4. Click and drag the slider to the amount you need

5. Click Update SMS Credits

6. You'll be redirected to your Shopify account, opening to a page that asks you to confirm the charge

7. Click to confirm

8. You'll be redirected to the Loyalti dashboard to continue
