How Do I Create Custom Campaigns?

Have a special event coming up? Planning a sale for the holidays? Send out a custom campaign to let your customers know what’s up!

Using the Merchant Dashboard is an easy way to create one-off communications that can be sent via email, text, or push notifications in the app. In a few simple steps, you can send a message to all of your loyal customers!

  1. Click on the Campaigns tab and choose “Custom”.
  2. Select “Announcement” or “Offer”
  3. Enter the campaign name and details as well as the date and time you want it to be sent.
  4. Choose Email, Text, or Mobile (or all three!).
  5. Type out your message. A helpful preview will populate as you type.
  6. Save and confirm your campaign and leave the rest to us!

That’s it! You can create these campaigns as far in the future as you want so you’ll always be ahead of the game.
