How do I make a return?

Here's how to return your equipment:

In order to serve you well, we need to first understand your reason for returning your equipment.

To ship your hardware back to SnowShoe, please send in a padded envelope or box to:

Loyalti PRO

1. Contact the Customer Support team first. Here's our contact information:

The Customer Support Team is available via phone and email to assist during standard business hours:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 6 am – 5 pm (Pacific time)

2. The Customer Support team will provide you with receive instructions on how to send your equipment back if you chose to cancel, or for a replacement of your kiosk.

3. Before sending back your Loyalti Pro system, be sure to log out of any iTunes account and remove the password if you created one. We don't want your personal information to be on the kiosk when we receive it.

To mail your Pro kiosk back to SnowShoe, please address and ship the equipment back to SnowShoe in a padded box to:
