How do I reset my password on the Merchant Dashboard?

The Loyalti Merchant Dashboard is a password-protected system only for use by retailers and their employees. Here's how to reset your password:

  1. Go to the Merchant Dashboard. First try logging in with your credentials (provided to you in email from our Customer Success team).
  2. If you cannot login because you have forgotten or misplaced your password, click on "Forgot Password" (as seen in the picture below)
  3. Enter your email address on the next screen and click "Send Reset Email"
    1. If you have forgotten or misplaced the email address you used to set up your Loyalti Merchant account, contact Customer Success at support@loyalti.com or call 707-797-7275.
    2. Contact us directly if you wish to reset your cashier login credentials. 
  4. Create a new password when you receive an email from us prompting you to create a new password.

Security Tip: Save your password in a secure location either on your computer or on a piece of paper, so that you won't forget it in the future. Do not give out your password to others and do not reuse your password for other accounts or systems.
