How does a cashier edit points from the kiosk?

The kiosk is primarily designed for your customers to use. However, the kiosk also has a pre-installed Cashier Dashboard. Here is how to use the editing function:

Your kiosk will arrive with 2 links to on-device apps that are pre-installed on the screen, created specifically for your business. These two apps are the Loyalti check-in app and the Loyalti cashier dashboard. Both of these functions are pre-installed on the home screen of the device. 

Here's how to use the Editing Function within the on-device Cashier Dashboard: 

  • EDIT POINTS: The cashier can use an on-device "cashier login" which provides access for your employees to view the customer entry log, and adjust points as needed. For example, if the shopper has accidentally received double points, the cashier can adjust those points. 
  • VIEW CUSTOMER LOG: Using the cashier login, your employees are also able to view the entire customer log, search by customer name or number and make edits as needed.
  • BLOCKING ACCOUNTS: Shoppers can be blocked from acquiring further points from this screen as well, and a cashier can also edit customer values.
