How to Create an SMS Campaign.
Creating an SMS campaign can effectively engage your audience and drive key marketing objectives. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up an SMS campaign using our platform.
Before creating any SMS campaigns, you'll need to register and be approved prior.
To create:
1. Click on SMS Campaigns within the Loyalti dashboard
2. Create SMS
3. Enter Campaign settings, your message and who should receive the message. You can pick multiple segments.
Offers can be added to SMS manually. Simply go to Offers, and copy the discount code. Paste that into your message.
Banned words: Regulations prohibit sending messages with banned words. You'll need to remove any flagged (in red) words to continue. Avoid sending SHAFT content.
Sending a preview message:
Click "send preview" and choose your test numbers.
Review and usage credits:
Does everything look good? Be sure to double check who you are sending to, and the credits that will be required.
