My 5g Wi-Fi isn’t connecting on my kiosk. What do I do?
Different types of Wi-Fi networks have varying connection speeds and response times on the kiosk. Here is how to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Connect Your Kiosk: Make sure you have followed the basic instructions on connecting your kiosk to your local Wi-Fi network.
2. Choose 2.5G Network: Many networks have two types of Wi-Fi signals, a 5G and a 2.4G network. If your 5G signal is weak or not connecting, we suggest trying the 2.4G signal. Often times, the 5G signal is faster, but has a shorter range.
