- Two Types: There are two types of Customized Campaigns:

- Examples of an Announcement: A new store location, new hours of business, weekend extended hours, closed for vacation or re-opening for the summer.

- Examples of an Offer: 10% off this weekend only, Free Coffee with Bagel Buy, show this Offer to receive $5 off a $50 purchase, Double Points Saturday

- All Formats: All formats of marketing campaigns in the Loyalti system can be used to send Automated Campaigns - Mobile push, Email, SMS (text) and MMS (multi-media).
