- The goal of Automated Campaigns is to entice shoppers to return to your store. Automated messages should be written as positive and inviting.
- Qualifying criteria for shoppers to receive Automated Campaigns include:
- 30 Days - Shoppers who have not returned to your store within 30 days.
- 60 Days - Shoppers who have not returned to your store within 60 days.
- 90 Days - Shoppers who have not returned to your store within 90 days.
- Birthdays - Shoppers can receive a message before their birthday, giving a special incentive to return to your store on their birthday in order to redeem an offer.
- Milestone Achieved - Shoppers can receive a message after a milestone has been achieved, such as their 1st visit, 20th visit, or after being a customer for 1 year.
- Three Formats: Three formats of marketing campaigns in the Loyalti system can be used to send Automated Campaigns - Mobile push, Email, and SMS (text).
