      What are SHAFT regulations?

      Federal regulations prohibit companies from sending content that contains sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco (CBD/THC included) to inappropriate audiences. These regulations are industry-wide and affect every SMS platform.

      Loyalti does not allow SMS and MMS campaigns within these markets due to the regulations.
