When drafting an email campaign, you'll have the option to send it to all customers or send to segments.
After your email is designed, you'll determine who will receive your email campaign. Choose between all customers or segment by:
LOYALTI SEGMENTS: Shown with Loyalti's logo
Active Email Subscribers - Customers who have opened a Loyalti email in the last 6 months
Lapsed Customers - Customers who haven’t ordered in the past 8 months
New Customers - Customers who made their first order recently (within 30 days)
Recall Customers- Haven't purchased in the last 90 days
Recent Customers- Purchased in the last 30 days
VIP Shoppers (COMING SOON) - have a lifetime points total of a set amount. (determined by the merchant)
SHOPIFY SEGMENTS: Shown with Shopify's logo
Customers who haven't purchased
Customers who have purchased more than once
Abandoned checkouts in the last 30 days
Email Subscribers
Customers who have purchased at least once
Any active segment created within Shopify will be selectable.
