Before sending marketing emails from a custom domain email address, you must verify ownership. Using an email with a custom domain ensures your emails are recognized as legitimate and avoid being flagged as spam.
Custom Email Domain Verification
1. Verifying Your Custom Domain:
-
Log into your Shopify account
-
Navigate to the Loyalti App
-
Go to Settings and Navigate to the Email Verification sections
- Click the "Add & Verify domain" button and follow the prompts
If you're using a free email provider like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com, your emails will be sent from a generic address, no-reply@loyalti.com, provided by us. This setup helps maintain deliverability when a custom domain is not available.
